Hi, I’m Dr. Chrissy Baune.
In a former life, I led digital strategy, transformation, and culture change inside some of the world’s biggest brands. I'm a first-generation college grad with a doctorate in Organization Development and Change, an adjunct professor, and someone who’s spent a lifetime learning that leadership isn’t built by titles, it’s built by people and the stories they dare to rewrite.
